Office Manager
DESCRIPTION
Front office manager to handle basic invoicing, accounts payable, office supply management, report preparation assistance, and general office organization.
Part-time position (20-30 hours/week).
LOCATION
Midvale, UT
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist with accounting functions (QuickBooks, invoicing, accounts payable)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

QuickBooks

Proficient writing skills (concise, correct grammar)

Microsoft Word and Excel
STARTING PAY
$17.00+/- hour (dependent on experience)
