APPRAISAL REVIEW

 

With valuation experience of a broad type of properties in multiple markets, Valuation Consulting Group provides sound appraisal review for determining whether or not appraisal reports conform to standards set by 12 CFR 34 (FIRREA) and USPAP; whether the appraisal methods and techniques applied are appropriate; and whether the analysis, opinions and conclusions in the reports are reasonably supported by the data presented. We are well versed in FIRREA Regulations and we also serve clients needing compliance guidance.

CONDEMNATIONS,
GOVERNMENT WORK

 

Valuation Consulting Group is active in city, state, and federal work with notable projects involving road widening projects, mass transportation corridors, utility corridors, air rights, temporary easements, loss of parking, lost access, and reduced setback. Our impartial appraisal services are relied on by both government entities and owners involved in condemnation disputes. Our federal work meets Yellowbook reporting requirements.
